They are extremely poor with follow up. My vehicle was there for over a week and I left 4 messages...one being for the service manager...no response from anyone...i finally received a call back the following week when the vehicle was ready. Upon walking in my service manager Chester was asleep at the desk..you can't make this up. My past experience there was just as bad. It is very apparent to me that this poor service comes top down
Rob was fantastic! He made our visit relaxing and he was the reason we came back. My wife was very impressed by him and his demeanor. She doesn’t like anybody so that was a huge win for your dealership.
I greatly appreciate that the service department was able to set me up with a loaner vehicle while my truck was in for repairs. They kept me well informed throughout the process of repairs, always calling with updates. Thank you!!!
