1. Service quality was good, but the duration was severely underestimated -- from 2.5 hours initial estimate to 6 hours actual waiting time. 2. The Cash Offer for sale -- supposedly based on Kelley bluebook -- was considerably lower than my expectation (which was based on my independent reference to Kelley blue book, and comparative asking prices in the local press and a couple of other -- non-GM -- dealers.)
