Great customer service! We worked with Ko’Olina (Ko) Anub at Honolulu GMC and she was the best! I’ve never met a salesperson that took so much care in making sure you got the right car! She was absolutely there for us every step of the way with no pressure to buy, which totally made our decision to stick with this dealership for buying a car (had several other choices at other dealerships). She has followed through on every promise and continues to be there for us after the purchase as well. We dealt with quite a few dealerships before finally meeting Ko and then knew we were done searching. My father was in the car business for 50 years and he would’ve fully approved of Ko and Honolulu GMC for buying a car! Ko'O is amazing she was very professional but yet personable and engaging. Not overbearing or pushy like you would expect from most sales people. She was very knowledgeable and what she didn't know she was quick to get an answer for me. My experience was a great one and it was all because of her. If you are looking for a vehicle and unsure where to start or even if you have a vehicle in mind and want some who will work with you and do everything possible to get you into what is a good fit for you. Easy to book the appointment online. The check-in staff is friendly and they have a convenient shuttle if you need a ride to your workplace. They do a thorough Inspection and they do a video of your undercarriage along with an explanation while they walk through it. I find that very helpful.
